Does Crisis deliver Interstate, International, or handle Dangerous Goods?

We can deliver almost anything, anywhere at any time.

Does Crisis charge account-keeping fees?

No, Crisis does not charge any account-keeping fees.

Can I pay my invoices using a corporate credit card?

Sure can, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards.

Does Crisis offer specialised billing and reporting?

The Crisis I.T. Department can customise invoices and reporting to meet your individual requirements.

Can Crisis capture Cost-Centre, or Reference information?

Yes. Crisis can accept references at booking time, and optionally verify against a pre-supplied list of cost-centres.

Can I book a courier if I don't have an account?

Yes. Crisis accepts one-off jobs, paid in cash or by credit card.

Booking System Questions

Can I book online and track my delivery?

Booking online is easy and convenient. You can also access your transaction history and tracking details with a few clicks.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Please contact our support team on 02 8925 3700 or via support@crisis.com.au to change or cancel any booking.

Can I setup a regular daily or weekly courier?

Setting up a regular delivery is hassle free: daily, weekly, or indeed any frequency that suits your business. Please contact support@crisis.com.au for assistance.

How can we add additional log-ins or frequently used addresses to our account?

Administrator Level users are able to create additional log-ins and add & change any address keys, etc. Alternatively, contact us on support@crisis.com.au for assistance.

What to do if we have multiple/bulk bookings to make?

The Crisis I.T. department can import large numbers of jobs automatically from WORD documents, or EXCEL spreadsheets. Email our customer care team on support@crisis.com.au or call 02 8925 3700 for assistance.

Can I be notified when my consignment has been delivered?

The Crisis system can be configured to send Proof-of-Delivery email confirmations for all, or selected jobs to your nominated email address.
